What is Connections?

Connections is a Women’s Bible Study which meets on Thursday mornings during term-time to have coffee, worship, pray and study the Bible together. Women at all stages of life are invited to come and join Connections for as much of the morning as they are able to.

Since coming to Connections I have inherited a family of sisters, mothers, aunties and grandmothers all at once and recently have won the trust of a 4-month old baby boy. Connections has been a strong support in good times and bad. Leading Bible studies helps me to feel included which, for a blind person, is so important. It is a highlight of my week.

How does it work?

Each Thursday morning starts with a time to have coffee, chat and connect followed by a time of worship, prayer and studying the Bible together. Women at all stages of life are invited to come and join Connections for as much of the morning as they are able to.

There is a crèche provided during the morning for those who have babies or pre-school children run by volunteers and HT Kids team staff so the adults can enjoy their session.

How to get involved?

The best way to get involved is to come along on a Thursday morning from 10am. Connections meets in the main church building which can be accessed via the side door near the M&S passageway.
