LITTLE SHEEP RESTARTS ON WEDNESDAY 11TH JANUARY

What is Little Sheep?

Little Sheep is a group for parents and their children under 3 years old. Each week of the month has a different emphasis but please feel free just to turn up to the sessions you like the look of.

Each week, there is an organised activity for the parents from 3:00pm while the children have fun in the creche, looked after by our wonderful volunteers. These activities range from "Baking" to "Sharing recipes for the whole family". Please see the term plan for full details.

From time to time there are also Little Sheep evening events for the dads or for the mums e.g. wine tasting, "Life as a Top Gun Pilot", the Cantab rugby captain on "How to bake your wife a Valentine's Day cake".

Thought for the Day

Each week will at Little Sheep there is a five-minute "thought for the day", usually from a regular member of the group. Click here to catch up on the ones you missed.

When and where does Little Sheep meet?

The group meets every Wednesday afternoon during school terms at 2:30pm for cake & tea before starting the session at 3:00pm.

Creche

A creche is provided from 3:00pm - 3:45pm to look after the children so the adults can enjoy their session. All of our volunteers are Criminal Records Bureau checked, and we follow the Diocesan Child Protection guidelines.

Leaders

Little Sheep is led by Cat Meakin, and overseen by Diana Nairne, the Associate Pastor of Holy Trinity Church. To receive a weekly e-mail letting you know what is happening, please contact Cat by clicking here.

Cat and Diana would love to support anyone who attends Little Sheep by praying for them, so please do grab one of them during the 2:30pm - 3:00pm coffee time. No prayer request is too big, too small or too silly!

"Little Sheep is a wonderful new opportunity to make new friends, share with others who also have young children, learn new skills and be inspired by what others have done. It is an exciting prospect!"
